ICHIGO ITTEKI

Ichigo Itteki — one drop, one encounter

A cup of tea, read for you —
for this day, this sky, and you.

Answer nine short questions on your phone. The owner's partner reads the weather, your mood, the card you draw and a little luck, then blends two or three of our 42 teas and chooses how to brew and serve them, with a short fortune to go with it. The owner brews it in front of you. No two cups are ever the same.

THE SHOP

Tea for
everyday life.

"Ke" (褻) is an old Japanese word for the ordinary days, as opposed to festive "hare" days. KENOCHA serves single-farm, single-cultivar Japanese tea not for special occasions, but as a cup for any ordinary day. The owner, a certified Japanese tea instructor, brews tea sourced from farms across Japan.
